About me

My name is Jaymi-Lyn Souza. I am a twenty-one year old senior at Worcester State University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Through the honors college, I am currently pursuing bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science with minors in Pre-Law and Computer Science.

I am fortunate enough to be able to give back to the WSU community through serving as Worcester State’s SGA President. My strengths include leading highly effective teams on various (especially civic-based) projects, creating well-founded arguments, and tutoring various subjects such as writing, microeconomics, and logic. In my free time, you can find me in the gym, with friends, reading, or taking pictures to commemorate a moment.

At nineteen, I became the youngest person ever elected to the Leicester Planning Board. When not found at school or town government, I can be found working at Giguere’s Gymnastics. Previously, I have held positions with FORMA Therapeutics’ legal department, and as Worcester State’s Student Senate Chairwoman.
